A draft Ordinance on energy efficiency consultants is being submitted for public consultation

The Ministry of Energy proposes for public discussion a draft Ordinance on the circumstances subject to entry in the registers under the Energy Efficiency Act, the entry and receipt of information from these registers, the provisions and procedures for obtaining qualification by energy efficiency consultants. Comments, opinions and recommendations on the proposed draft ordinance can be submitted at the following email address:

Annexes 1 and 2 to Art. 15, Para. 1, Item 2 and Art. 18, Para. 1, Item 2 and draft "Ordinance on the circumstances subject to entry in the registers under the Energy Efficiency Act, the entry and receipt of information from these registers, the provisions and procedures for obtaining qualification by energy efficiency consultants", according to which the Agency enters in the register entities performing energy efficiency audit under Art. 2, Para. 1, Item 1 and Item 2. Entry requests are filed:

• by a person/s with representative power or by a proxy – for the entities under Art. 43, Para. 1 and Art. 59, Para. 1 of the EEA;
• in person or by a proxy for requests by entity under Art. 43, Para. 2 of the EEA.
