Preparation of certificates for design energy performance

The energy performance certificate is part of the necessary documents (as well as the technical passport, the contracts with the operating companies for connection to the technical infrastructure networks, etc.), according to the SDA (Spatial Development Act), on the basis of which Act 16/Certificate for bringing into service is issued.

The Certificate for design energy performance certifies the energy performance of a new building prior to its bringing into service, including the level of energy consumption and its corresponding class on the scale of energy consumption classes of Ordinance No. Е-РД-04-1 dated 22 January 2016 for energy efficiency audit, certification and evaluation of energy savings of buildings, under Art. 31, Para. 3 of the Energy Efficiency Act (EEA), complying with the requirements for new buildings.
