Energy efficiency for buildings

Performing conformity assessment of the Energy Efficiency part of the investment project:

For each Energy Efficiency part of the investment project, the preparation of a conformity assessment report of the Energy Efficiency part is mandatory.

The conformity assessment of the Energy Efficiency part includes the review and verification of data related to the external and internal climate conditions related to the functional purpose of the building, the specific heating/cooling and ventilation modes depending on the operational modes of the building, etc. The verification also includes the scope and content of the calculations made of the energy-transforming and energy-transferring properties of the enclosing structural components, the energy consumption of the processes for heating, air-conditioning, ventilation, water heating, lighting, etc.
