Energy efficiency for buildings
Project preparation under the Energy Efficiency part
16/02/2021
Energy Efficiency is an integral part of the investment project (in conceptual, technical and working phase), on the basis of which a building permit is issued with the requirement to maintain a microclimate with specific parameters.
The Energy Efficiency part is prepared for new residential buildings, public service buildings, as well as for reconstruction, renovation, overhaul, refurbishment, expansion and extension of existing residential and non-residential public service buildings, new industrial buildings (part of an industrial system), or for overhaul, reconstruction or major refurbishment of existing production buildings that require maintenance of a microclimate with specified parameters.
The calculations in the Energy Efficiency part are carried out according to the methodology of Ordinance No. 7 on the energy efficiency of buildings. Within the project, an integrated energy efficiency indicator is being calculated for the building, expressed as a specific annual primary energy consumption in kWh/m2 per year for heating, cooling, ventilation, hot water, lighting and energy consuming appliances, per square meter of the total conditioned area. The building energy class is defined according to the energy consumption on an annual basis and its functional purpose.
