How we collect and use your personal information
We collect and use your information to provide services (by answering questions and for delivery to ready-for-service sites) and to allow you to share more easily your experience (using the contact form). We store the information in accordance with the conditions set forth. Diamant BG EOOD expressly collects several types of data from you from time to time, including but not limited to the following: the information you provide to us yourself; our communication with you; your IP address and the URL of the last page loaded; we also store cookies on your hard drive that collect limited amounts of data.
Diamant BG EOOD mainly collects data shared by you with us on the website.
The information is provided voluntarily by the users and it is used only by us to the extent necessary to convey information about news and upcoming events or to provide the user with feedback regarding the site. The information collected is used solely for the execution of the users' requests or to respond to their queries. We treat this information as confidential and do not use it for any other purpose, we neither sell it, nor disclose it to third parties (except to external couriers, as much as necessary, to complete the delivery of the order as requested by the user).
We may retain the information you provide us when you contact us by email or standard mail, or any other form of communication, and use it to respond to your request and/or send news or other information related to the company. Your email address and mailing address are never sold, rented or otherwise disclosed to third parties – except under the conditions described here.
URL and IP address
Like many other sites, it is possible for us to collect information about how our users use and browse the website. Our security measures to protect information
For improved protection of the privacy of your information and personal data that you submit when using the website, Diamant BG maintains physical, technical and administrative precautions. We update and test our security technology system on a regular basis. We restrict the access to your personal information and only share it with those Diamant BG EOOD employees who need to know this information to provide you with appropriate assistance or services. In addition, we train our staff on the importance of maintaining the confidentiality and security of your information. We are committed to taking appropriate disciplinary action to impose confidentiality obligations on our employees.
